Simply the Best Catering is currently owned and operated by Chef Brian and Laura Kearns. Brian received his start in the food industry in Saint Louis, Missouri and then relocated to Arkansas to further pursue his passion. He has served as the Executive Chef at YaYas, Little Rock Country Club, and Arthurs Steakhouse. Since acquiring Simply the Best, Brian has redesigned and revitalized Canvas Restaurant at the Arkansas Arts Center and catered many high profile, large events and weddings in the surrounding areas. Brians fervor for food can be seen in his specialization of smoking meats in the Saint Louis tradition as well as his ingenuity in creating innovative custom menus and event designs.
