There are 5 spacious lodges providing lots of room for crew lodging and equipment storage, there are 13 bathrooms on site, while only 15 minutes from monticello it is very secluded feeling with almost no external road or city noise. Almost all supplies and ammenities can be found in monticello which also boasts a super walmart. The private lake wholly owned by us is stocked with numerous fish types for exciting days of fishing, there are several on site boats for short excursions such as:
John boat
Canoe
Peddle boats
The lake has raised banks all the way around (perfect for filming) and photo shoots.
The beautiful lake house with deck extending over the lake has an upstairs apartment and lots of black topped parking out front.
There are several gazeebos with firepits and bbq grills and additional rv parking with water and power hookups, kitchens are fully stocked.
