After Incentive Approval
Registration Requirements:
Any production company planning to operate within Arkansas shall register with the Film Office of the Arkansas Economic Development Commission on the prescribed forms before beginning operations in Arkansas. The production company shall designate a representative of the production company to work with the Commission on the reporting of expenditures and other information necessary to qualify for the tax incentive. A production company must also complete all steps required by DF&A to register for a Sales & Use tax number. Upon registration and signing a financial incentive agreement, the production company shall include the Arkansas Film Office logo, or an alternative approved by the Film Office, in the credits.
